Design-Build of new 35,000 sq. ft. 1-Storey Warehouse, 7,000 sq. ft. 2-Storey Office Area and fully refrigerated 3,000 sq. ft. Customer Experience Center.  

The center is to be conditioned as a refrigerated zone that can allow for two (2) areas to be individually controlled with low-ambient cooling technology.  

The Warehouse Area and Office Area also include separate heating and cooling systems to improve thermal comfort for the areas within the Facility.
