Design-Build of new 35,000 sq. ft. one-storey warehouse, 7,000 sq. ft. two-storey office area and fully refrigerated 3,000 sq. ft. Customer Experience Centre. The centre is to be conditioned as a refrigerated zone that can allow for two (2) areas to be individually controlled with low-ambient cooling technology. The warehouse area and office area also include separate heating and cooling systems to improve thermal comfort for the areas within the facility.
