New Bolton Medical Office
CALEDON, ONTARIO
This 17,135 sq. ft., 3-Storey Medical Office Building at 12700 Highway 50, Bolton, Ontario, was designed to accommodate multiple Suites, including spaces for a Pharmacy and Family Practitioners. The Building features a Basement Level housing Main Service Rooms for Electrical, Sprinkler, and Plumbing Systems, along with a Domestic Hot Water Pump. Electrical Closets are located on each Floor to provide power to the corresponding level, and emergency battery-powered lighting and exit signage are installed for enhanced safety. A single-stage Addressable Fire Alarm System was implemented to ensure reliable fire detection and occupant safety. The Building is equipped with comprehensive Voice and Data Systems, as well as Security features, including Door Access Control, to enhance connectivity and security.
Energy-efficient LED Lighting is used throughout the Building, with Lighting Controls designed to meet Ontario Building Code SB-10 Requirements. The HVAC System includes indoor Fan Coil Units paired with Rooftop VRF Air-cooled Condensing units to serve individual Suites, Heat Recovery Units for energy efficiency, and Baseboard Heaters for perimeter heating. Exhaust Fans were installed to serve the Garbage Room, Mechanical Rooms, and Elevator Shaft, ensuring proper ventilation.
The Plumbing System includes fixtures installed in the Base Building Washrooms, including Universal washrooms to ensure accessibility and compliance with Regulations. This modern Facility was thoughtfully Designed to meet the needs of Medical Professionals and their Patients, combining advanced Systems with functionality, comfort, and security.
