James Paulino is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in consulting and building engineering, specializing in design, project planning, management, and execution. He brings a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and progressing through roles of increasing management responsibility, culminating in his current position as Sector Lead at Quasar.
James leads mechanical design and delivery for mission critical facilities, along with commercial, industrial, transit and transportation, automotive, educational, healthcare, and tenant retrofit projects. His experience includes principal oversight of a $2B automotive sector revitalization program and discipline leadership on a $15B P3 transit infrastructure program. He oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical execution across HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, and smoke control engineering, consistently delivering projects successfully from inception through completion.
