Jay is a Professional Engineer with 10 years of experience in the consulting and building engineering industry, specializing in the management and delivery of complex energy and sustainability projects. He brings a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects through all phases of planning, design, implementation, and delivery.
Jay leads and manages energy analysis and sustainability initiatives across a wide range of building types, including residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, office buildings, and refrigerated warehouses. His experience spans both new construction and retrofit projects, where he oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical execution to ensure successful outcomes. He plays a key role in helping projects achieve incentive targets under programs such as CMHC MLI Select, while ensuring compliance with building permits, Toronto Green Standard, Zero Carbon Building requirements, LEED certification, and other green building standards.
