Royal Rose Place is a 96-bed, 2-storey, 70,000 sq. ft. long-term care facility. Making provisions for the building’s future third floor required proper sizing of the main electrical service, emergency power generator, nurse call system, fire alarm system, security system, mechanical site services, and cooling and heating systems— all to accommodate the future load. Our team provided proper routing of mechanical and electrical systems from the ground floor to the top of the second floor, ensuring systems were seamlessly isolated and extended to minimize disruption within the existing building and occupants during construction of the addition.
