Trillium & Humber Accelerated Long-Term Care Facilities

TORONTO, ON

Design-Build of two (2) long-term care facilities as part of an Accelerated Build Pilot Program through the Government of Ontario. The project provided accelerated construction of two buildings totaling approximately 700,000 sq. ft. and 900 modules fabricated in two plants and shipped to two different sites. The two buildings will be 320 and 312 beds respectively, the two homes will help address capacity issues within Ontario’s health and long-term care system, while providing a modern, comfortable and safe place for seniors in the community.
