Quasar has partnered with STACK Infrastructure to deliver commissioning services across multiple major builds at their Toronto campus, supporting Canada’s rapidly growing hyperscale and colocation market.
Our work has included:
DH110A: Commissioning of a full power block including 3×3MVA transformers, 3×3MW generators, 3×2.4MW UPS systems, 3×4000A switchboards, and associated downstream distribution and RPPs.
DH110B: Commissioning of the Pearl Backfill project, with a 3MVA transformer, 3MW generator, 2.4MW UPS, and critical distribution upgrades.
Pearl UPS Replacement: Commissioning of a new UPS system in a live environment, with Level 3 and 4 testing executed under strict methods-of-procedure to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Across these projects, Quasar delivered integrated Level 0–5 commissioning using digital CxAlloy documentation and tracking, ensuring quality, transparency, and accountability from pre-functional through integrated systems testing.
Together, these projects reinforce Quasar’s ability to deliver complex, high-density infrastructure under demanding timelines, establishing STACK’s Toronto sites as resilient, scalable, and future-ready data centre assets.
