Combining Existing Components and Processes into Intelligent Products

We are thrilled to join WZMH Architects and Stephenson Engineering to develop the first working mock-up of the Intelligent Structural Panel (ISP). This out-of-the-box concept has the potential to integrate many building infrastructure components into a structural floor slab and/or shear wall in all building types. Plug and play devices make this approach innovative to building systems design and construction. ISP allows for everything from motorized roller shades that react to sunlight to sensors that trigger HVAC. ISP will enable design/construction efficiencies, full IoT integration, controllability, and energy-efficient and sustainable operation of building systems.
