Concord Sky is poised to become one of Canada’s tallest skyscrapers, with unmatched views and a luxury feel. The site is located at the heart of downtown Toronto, and it is set to offer a next-generation experience with integrated smart features, optimized airflow and filtration, and touchless technology for doors and elevators.

The 85-storey tower is set to include 1,106 units, with a gross construction area of 1,343,917 sq. ft., and a six-level below-grade structure for underground parking. The lower footprint of the site will also feature retail units and bike storage.

This project is being designed to Toronto Green Standard Tier 1 requirements in collaboration with the team at Pratus Group.
