Humber College International Graduate School
We have been appointed to Humber College’s Vendor of Record for full design services (Design Development, Contract Documents, Contract Procurement, and Contract Administration) on the college’s new urban campus for the International Graduate School in downtown Toronto.
Occupying a total of three floors, 229,062 sq. ft., the team outfitted the shell space with a full complement of 16 new high-technology classrooms, accompanying breakout and meeting spaces, communal learning commons, and administrative lounges that integrate the learning objectives set out by the college.
