A professional electrical engineer, Ammar brings over 30 years of leadership, technical expertise, and business development experience, with a strong national and international track record in buildings and infrastructure projects.

Here at Quasar, Ammar’s role will encompass several functions, including business operations and growth across a number of key markets nationwide, Public-Private Partnerships, Traditional, and Alternative Project Delivery. His leadership will help drive our core values - Quality, Service, Accountability, and Relationships - while advancing strategic expansion and enhancing client service and project delivery.
