Quasar is providing engineering services under a five-year Master Service Agreement Program for LCBO retail and distribution centre portfolios across Ontario, supporting new store fit-outs, renovations, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades. Our team works closely with owners, architects, and contractors to deliver efficient, coordinated building systems that support both operational performance and customer experience.
We are providing engineering design services for HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, and life safety systems within active retail environments, where projects are often delivered on tight schedules and within existing buildings. We are integrating new systems into base building infrastructure, coordinating with landlord requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
