New 481,000 sq. ft. operation, maintenance and storage facility comprised of a repair garage for the bus fleet, a bus storage garage, and an administration area. Designed for 24-hour operation with back-up system provisions. Energy system modelling to conform with ASHRAE 90.1-2010 provided, and project was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
