Quasar led the full Commissioning team with a comprehensive scope encompassing Witness and Verification Testing and Commissioning of a new Uptime Institute Tier 2 Data Centre, which involved the following five levels of Commissioning;

  • Factory quality assurance

  • Field quality assurance

  • Post-installation

  • Pre-functional verification

  • Start up and functional performance testing

  • Integrated systems testing.
