Quasar provided electrical consulting engineering and energy modelling for the expansion of a cold storage warehouse at 302 Dwight Avenue in Toronto. The project addressed power and lighting systems for temperature-controlled operations, site-wide lighting photometrics, and Toronto Green Standard energy modelling to support approvals, permitting, and performance compliance for a refrigerated industrial facility.
