OAKVILLE, ONTARIO
Quasar delivered full mechanical and electrical engineering for a new three-building industrial condominium on a 10-acre site at 3303/3313/3323 Superior Court in Oakville. Buildings 1 and 2 each span approximately 6,800 m² with eight ground-floor industrial and office units plus upper-level offices.
Building 3 covers about 5,300 m² across ten units. Our work included HVAC design with BAS integration, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, normal and emergency power distribution, interior and exterior (including parking) lighting, fire alarm systems, and communications rough-in, ensuring all systems were fully coordinated and code compliant.
