Retained as the mechanical, electrical, and ICAT consultants for Gastops Ltd.'s new world headquarters in Ottawa's Riverside South Business Park. In collaboration CSV Architects, The project consolidates three existing Gastops locations into a single purpose-built facility, bringing approximately 200 staff together under one roof for the first time.
Phase 1 comprises approximately 50,000 square feet and includes roughly 16,000 square feet of office and conference space, 25,000 square feet of specialized manufacturing and laboratory environments, and 6,000 square feet of ancillary areas. The building is designed to support both day-to-day operations and client-facing tours through key lab and manufacturing areas, reflecting Gastops' position as a world leader in intelligent condition monitoring solutions for aerospace, defence, energy, and industrial sectors.
