Lexus Detailing Bays and Garage Building
OTTAWA, ONTARIO
The Lexus Detailing Bays and Garage Building is a new multi-level automotive service facility located at 299 West Hunt Club in Ottawa. The project includes a two-storey structure with a heated basement providing 32 employee parking spaces, a ground floor with 12 service bays, and additional parking on the second floor and rooftop, connected via a car elevator.
Quasar is providing mechanical and electrical engineering services from concept design through to construction administration. The design includes HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, building automation, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and integrated communications and security infrastructure to support the operational demands of a high-performance automotive facility.
Working closely with the broader project team, Quasar is delivering coordinated and efficient system solutions that support functionality, durability, and long-term operational performance within a complex, vertically integrated parking and servicing environment.
