Kingston Frontenac Public Library, Isabel Turner Branch

OTTAWA, ONTARIO

The project involves the renovation of the existing 130,000 square foot, Isabel Turner Library Branch to implement general space improvements and complete mechanical and electrical system upgrades.

The work aims to enhance functionality and user experience while achieving significant sustainability targets, including 80% greenhouse gas reductions and 60% energy savings. The design also incorporates accessibility improvements, program space enhancements, electrification readiness, resiliency measures, and integration of a new solar photovoltaic system within funding and operational constraints.
