New Toromont Headquarters

VAUGHAN, ONTARIO

New 50,000 sq. ft. 1-Storey Warehouse, 50,000 sq. ft. 1-Storey Maintenance Shop and 60,000 sq. ft. 2-Storey Office Headquarters for Toromont which includes the full fit up of every space.  

The site is to include Net Zero Carbon ready design principles to incorporate new mechanical and electrical equipment technology. New backup generator, battery energy storage system, solar PV and microgrid control systems to be integrated into the design of the facility. 

The heating and cooling system will be designed as a central plant to distribute conditioning to all facility buildings. Heat recovery and low carbon heat pump technology is also incorporated into the mechanical design.
