Tommy’s Car Wash

BRAMPTON, ONTARIO

Located at 20 Northfield Drive East, this new Tommy’s Express Car Wash facility features a three-lane, 110-foot tunnel aligned with the company’s standardized U.S. prototype. Quasar provided mechanical and electrical engineering services to adapt the design for compliance with Ontario Building Code and local authority requirements. The project included a review and revision of M&E construction documents, coordination with the local hydro utility, and provision of supporting documentation for site plan approval and permitting. Systems reviewed and updated included HVAC, plumbing, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, IT infrastructure, and security systems.
