Milton Fire Station #5, which includes appropriate accommodations for a crew lounge room, dormitory, kitchen, change rooms with lockers, Personal Protective Clothing (PPC) storage room, PPC cleaning and maintenance area, laundry room with washers and dryers, firefighting equipment and general product storage room, general maintenance storage room, public and staff washroom facilities, an IT room, electrical and mechanical room, offices, meeting rooms, a Public Education/Training Room (large assembly space to be converted into an EOC Centre), fitness room, a front vestibule area, a hose tower, as well as three (3) apparatus bays.
