Dallas brings over 20 years of expertise in mechanical engineering within the consulting and contracting industries, with a passion and focus on delivering some of Canada’s most challenging and complex healthcare projects. His expertise spans all phases of a project, from preliminary engineering studies to detailed design and construction documentation, across both traditional and AFP delivery models.
Dallas has a unique combination of engineering expertise and a proven track record of building long-term, trusted partnerships with landmark healthcare facilities, including The Hospital for Sick Children and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto.
He has played a pivotal role in the pursuit, compliance, and successful delivery of numerous Infrastructure Ontario projects. Notable achievements include Credit Valley Hospital (Phases 1, 2, and 3), St. Michael’s Hospital, ErinoakKids, Peel Memorial Hospital, University of Ottawa Heart Institute, Joseph Brant Hospital, McMaster Children’s Health Centre, CAMH Phase 1C, Michael Garron Hospital (TEGH), and Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital.
