Eric has dedicated his professional career to climate-conscious design and strategy development. With more than 14 years in the industry, his work has focused on holistic decarbonization of the built environment. Eric has worked with private firms and public sector agencies across North America to develop and implement more sustainable practices. This work has ranged from the development of new public policy through to the implementation of tactical strategies at the building scale to reduce environmental impact.
Eric has deep expertise with the greening of real estate portfolios, striking a balance between ambitious performance goals tempered by financial accountability. He is an eternal believer in the power of a committed team to solve problems and drive meaningful change, and he brings this mindset to every client engagement.
