Oleksandra is a founding principal of Pratus Group with over 16 years of industry experience. She combines engineering expertise with systems-level thinking and a highly collaborative approach to help clients navigate complex energy and decarbonization challenges. Oleksandra works closely with owners, operators, and design teams to build alignment around clear, achievable energy and carbon goals and to translate those goals into practical, high-performing design and retrofit strategies.
She specializes in guiding both new and existing buildings toward Zero Carbon, Net Zero, Net Positive Energy, and Net Zero Carbon outcomes by fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders and balancing carbon reduction, energy performance, constructability, and long-term operational value. Her deep understanding of building systems and their interactions supports informed, data-driven decision-making and the development of credible, durable decarbonization pathways.
