Quasar was engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Information Communication and Automation Technology (M/E/ICAT), and Energy Modelling consulting engineering services for the Arch Corp Lancaster Long-Term Care facility in Lancaster, Ontario.

The project involves the construction of a new 80,000 square foot, two-storey plus basement, 128-bed long-term care home. Quasar's scope of services spans the full project lifecycle, from schematic design and SPA submission through to construction documents, bidding, contract administration, and post-construction closeout.
