Costa Palmas The Blake Hotel

This multi-phase luxury hotel project involves the design and construction of a new, 252-key 5-star hotel on the M11 plot of Costa Palmas located in La Ribera. The total gross area of the project is approximately 400,000 sq. ft which includes fitness, SPA, dining, lobby, offices and retail. 

The project had a unique requirement of designing district cooling and electricity generation located about one kilometer away for 3 different resorts. Quasar played a big role in supporting the project team in selecting a suitable central plant design. The Blake Hotel is in construction with a planned completion of Q2 2028.
