Pendry Hotel and Residences, Barbados

The project involves the development of a 74-key New Pendry Hotel covering 179,000 sq. ft., along with an interior design refresh of the 168,000 sq. ft. Port Ferdinand residences and marina, originally built in 2008. Quasar designed the MEP services for all the commercial and amenity spaces of the project which included SPA, fitness 3 restaurants, employee dining, retail and bakery. Quasar's mechanical and electrical design for this project included a Variable Refrigerant Flow utilizing the compact size of condensing units located discretely on the roof.
It also includes Schematic Design for future MEP infrastructure on the marina's north side, ensuring seamless integration with earlier phases. Additional components are a small Residential Sales Centre and the creation of model rooms, including a three-bedroom Model Residence and a Model Hotel Room. The project is in construction with a planned completion date of Q12027.
