The Four Seasons Tropicalia consists of a 95 key hotel plus 12 Private Villas and 8 Condominium residences coupled with the traditional Four Seasons amenities including spa/fitness, function rooms and event spaces, and multiple food and beverage facilities. The project encompasses over 380,000 square feet. Construction is underway and scheduled to be complete in 2026.
