The Facility included the design of a new Yard, Office, Warehouse and Tool Shop and has been designed as a modern, sustainable facility functioning as an administration office, industrial warehouse, and operations yard, which aims to reduce its carbon footprint with a secondary "green" energy source and features high-efficiency lighting like BIOS LED technology. The Facility was designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
