Design-Build of new 103,000 sq. ft. Warehouse Development, which includes warehouse bays, 5,000 sq. ft. of Office, Welfare and Bakery Innovation Centre Space, Washrooms to accommodate up to 50 Plant & Warehouse employees, a Plant/Warehouse Lunchroom with Kitchenette for 20 employees, together with associated parking stalls for employees and trailers.

The state-of-the-art facility included:

  • 45 Car Parking Spots

  • 27 Trailer Parking Spots

  • High-Voltage Power Capacity
