The project involves the development of four new buildings across three sites. The Oakville site features a 181,351 sq. ft., 9-storey, 197-suite seniors’ residential building with two levels of underground parking. The Richmond Hill site includes a 184,421 sq. ft., 9-storey, 197-suite seniors’ residential building, also with two levels of underground parking. The Vaughan site consists of a 190,040 sq. ft., 9-storey, 197-suite seniors’ residential building with two levels of underground parking, as well as a 290,440 sq. ft., 10-storey, 216-unit seniors’ care building with two levels of underground parking. These developments aim to bring more density and multi-use spaces to their existing retail sites.
