Quasar converted 5,000 sq. ft. of office space into a new Tier III data hall, creating a resilient and scalable environment for BMO’s critical operations. The scope included concurrently maintainable UPS and switchgear infrastructure, overhead busway power distribution to the racks, and the integration of KyotoCooling technology for sustainable thermal efficiency. Supporting systems included next-generation air handling, fire suppression, and enhanced security, establishing a future-ready backbone for BMO’s digital growth.
