This mixed-use development on West Broadway will feature commercial retail spaces, a daycare, a public open green space, and over 500 rental units housed in two high-rise concrete towers atop a commercial podium. The total gross floor area (GFA) is 470,771 square feet, with the following key components:

Commercial Retail Spaces: Six retail units located on Levels 1 and 2, accessible from West Broadway, totaling approximately 45,000 square feet.
