The building will feature a total of 232 rental units, offering a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. The gross floor area is distributed as follows: Levels 1 through 4 provide 76,540 square feet, Level 5 offers 18,672 square feet Levels 6 through 9 have a combined 67,836 square feet and Levels 10 through 15 account for 54,666 square feet.
The development is designed to exceed the 2015 National Building Code energy efficiency standards by 15%, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and energy performance. The total estimated construction cost is anticipated to range between $65 million and $70 million.
