The new project by Minto Communities Canada will be a mixed-use residential building located at Wellington Street West and Parkdale Avenue in Ottawa, Ontario. The total proposed gross floor area is 141,158 square feet, and the proposed gross building area is 182,588 square feet.

The development will include ground-floor retail space and a new 16-storey residential tower with 212 residential units.
