Regional Group is undertaking a comprehensive conversion of the existing structure into a modern multi-unit residential rental property, delivering approximately 142 suites alongside amenity spaces at the ground, basement, and penthouse levels. The redevelopment will retain the existing structural and envelope systems while fully reconfiguring the interior to meet current codes and performance standards for residential occupancy.
Our scope includes a review and evaluation of existing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, followed by detailed design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, emergency systems, life safety, communications, metering, electrified hardware, and building automation.
