The proposed development is situated on a large vacant parcel of land adjacent to Rueben Crescent, though it does not have direct access.
There is a potential for an additional strip of land between Rueben Crescent and the site, which measures approximately 74,165 square feet, with the possible addition of 8,395 square feet. The project envisions more than one residential building ranging from four to five storeys, comprising 120 apartments, with 33% designated as affordable housing and the remainder as rental units. Townhomes are being considered for the additional parcel, further enhancing the diversity of housing options within the development. The project is being developed by New Commons, with CSV Architects serving as the architect of record.
