CHATHAM, ONTARIO
New 27-unit, 3-storey low-rise modular affordable housing development. The building includes 27 1-bedroom units, with common areas and a common laundry room on the ground floor. The units are being designed at a human scale and density that will promote a high quality of living while still maintaining affordability. All administrative and amenity spaces will be fully accessible including all parking and outdoor spaces to meet barrier-free design requirements. The development is also being designed to LEED standards without pursuing certification and have an energy efficiency 25% higher than the National Energy Code's model building.
