NIAGARA, ONTARIO

Design-Build of one 42-unit, 37,000 sq. ft. 5-storey affordable housing building. The project will include energy efficient features, such as Energy Star equipment and LED lighting, and exceed the energy efficiency standards set out by the 2015 National Energy Code by 20%. While not pursuing certification, this project will be designed to LEED standards in terms of energy demand and consumption. Additionally, the design is compliant with AODA standards and York Region Accessibility Design Guidelines. There will be nine (9) total accessible units, and two (2) barrier-free units.
