Kyros Residential Developments

Design Build of two new 35,000 sq.ft. affordable housing buildings totaling 80 residential units built in an innovative approach with High-Performing Modules which are built in a factory setting and shipped to site for final assembly. These low-rise buildings presented the challenge of creating a design with a high accuracy Revit module in order to provide a bill of materials for the manufacturing of multiple repeatable modules.
Modules are manufactured in a controlled environment to produce a high-quality product with a significantly reduced construction schedule. Mechanical and Electrical systems are designed with a high degree of modularity and repeatability, and all equipment and installations are pre-tested at the factory prior to final commissioning on site. The project was designed to achieve a 26% energy reduction compared to the Minimum National Energy Code.
