The project involves the redevelopment of the property located at 1113–1125 Dundas Street West in Toronto, Ontario. The development consists of the design and construction of a new mid-rise mass timber building situated along the north side of the site, fronting Dundas Street West. The building will include approximately 2,088 square feet of non-residential space at grade, along with on-site amenity areas to support building occupants.
A single-storey ancillary structure dedicated to bicycle parking will be located on the south side of the property. No vehicular parking is currently proposed. Outdoor amenity space will be provided between the two buildings, creating a shared communal area for residents and users. The project will incorporate a geothermal energy system to provide sustainable heating and cooling.
The total site area is approximately 18,288 square feet, with a total gross floor area of approximately 64,121 square feet.
