Verona Affordable Housing
VERONA, ONTARIO
The Verona Housing development is a new residential community located on Verona Street in the Town of Verona, Township of South Frontenac. The project spans two parcels and involves the design of approximately 96 units of mixed residential housing, comprising two-storey townhomes on Parcel A and low-rise apartment buildings of up to three storeys on Parcel B. The development is primarily targeted toward seniors, supporting aging in place, while remaining available to all community members in need of housing.
Quasar's scope supports the full project lifecycle, from concept design through construction and commissioning, on behalf of the Township of South Frontenac. Our team's building performance services will include energy modeling to support funding applications, with energy savings targets to be established in coordination with the Project Manager at the outset of the work.
