Quasar Consulting Group provided mechanical and electrical engineering services and supplementary energy modelling services for Minto Properties’ new 24‑storey, 256‑unit residential tower in the Islington City‑Centre West neighbourhood of Etobicoke Centre, located at 12‑20 Cordova Avenue. Our team revised the detailed architectural energy model, analyzed alternative balcony configurations and performed iterative simulations to optimize building performance and ensure achievement of Toronto Green Standard v3.0 Tier 2 energy and carbon targets.
