140 Merton ST. Affordable Housing Development
TORONTO, ON
140 Merton Street is a new 29-storey high-rise building on a five-storey podium with 294 residential units. The project will feature a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 238,927 sq. ft. It will include around 2,170 m² of community-use leasable space and 46 underground vehicle parking stalls spread across two levels. This project is part of the City of Toronto Housing Now program. Additionally, the building will adhere to the Toronto Green Standard Version 4, Tier 2.
