St. Felix Centre Modular Affordable Housing Development

The St. Felix Centre development is a 18,650 sq. ft., 4-storey, 31-unit modular affordable housing development located at 25 Augusta Avenue in Toronto, ON.

The project team was required to carefully consider an existing heritage building on the project site when designing this new modular affordable housing development. The existing heritage building, along with the coordination of existing incoming services, was a challenge that the team was able to address during the design and construction of the project. 

The development was designed to achieve Toronto Green Standard compliance and meet energy savings targets for CMHC funding.
