York Region Stouffville Affordable Housing Development
STOUFFVILLE, ONTARIO
A six-storey, 97-unit affordable housing development with a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units, which will accommodate rental and market housing units for seniors, families, young couples, and those living alone.
The Gross Floor Area (GFA) is approximately 97,000 sq. ft. and contains a variety of internal and external amenity spaces, a small retail space at grade, approximately 150 surface parking spaces, and associated landscaping.
The project includes LEED Gold certification by incorporating the LEED standard into the design.
