Renovations to two existing wet lab spaces to consolidate them into a modernized lab with updated infrastructure, equipment, and finishes.
The project scope includes HVAC improvements, the addition of new low-flow fume hoods, new gas and reverse osmosis water connections, normal and emergency power, lighting upgrades, secured access, and data connections.
