Scope

The project involved Prime Consultant services (which included managing Structural and Civil sub-consultants) to deliver a new Hub for Cogeco. This was a new greenfield site that included a modular prefabricated building for a new 1,500 sq. ft. facility, with provisions for future expansion. The modular facility includes a network space and supporting Mechanical and Electrical rooms. The mechanical and electrical infrastructure was designed to an N+1 redundancy. The project included new site services and a Hydro upgrade.
