Scope

Ultra-luxury mixed-use development with 27 private estates, 18 villas, 65-room hotel plus amenities including spa, fitness, food and beverage facilities all integrated into a private island with multiple beaches. The resort includes the integration of a luxury yacht marina into the design. The scope of the project includes new infrastructure including underground water, power, sewer, and fiber optic systems to serve the development.
